VTG Rail UK's fleet also includes a number of Special Wagons, e.g. "Excavator Carriers" for the rapid conveyance track maintenance plant to remote worksites.

Also included are Inter-Modal wagons such as container carriers, plus flat wagons incorporating our exclusive ACTS^® (Advanced Container Handling System) turntable equipment allowing single handed lorry driver loading and unloading without the need for specialist handling equipment.
